Pray for Aragon

Aragon, located in northeastern Spain, stretches from the Pyrenees mountains to the Ebro River valley. Known for its rugged beauty, deep traditions, and the iconic Jota dance, Aragon is also one of the most spiritually underserved regions in Spain. Out of over 700 towns, only about 30 have an evangelical church or witness. The population is sparse outside the capital, Zaragoza, and many communities have never heard the Gospel

Key Prayer Points

As you pray, focus on the call for more workers, the encouragement of isolated believers, and the creative use of culture to share the Gospel. Let’s ask God to awaken this historic land with His presence.

Workers for the Harvest

Pray for more missionaries, pastors, and ministry workers to feel called to Aragon. With around 670 towns still unreached, ask God to send laborers to pioneer churches in these villages and small towns

Encouragement for Believers

The few existing churches in Aragon can feel isolated. Pray for unity and encouragement among believers, and for local leaders to rise up with a heart for their own people.

Cultural Connection

Aragon’s rich traditions and love for progress can be bridges for the Gospel. Pray for creative outreach through festivals, music, and community events that naturally introduce Christ.

"Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.” — John 7:38
