EVERY BELIEVER EQUIPPED TO MINISTER
In movements of God, every believer is called, gifted, and released to serve. Whether in full-time ministry or while working ordinary jobs, Spirit-filled disciples are the backbone of Kingdom expansion. When believers understand that ministry is not reserved for a few, but entrusted to all, the Church becomes a multiplying force. Bivocational leaders—those who lead while working—model faithfulness, humility, and Gospel witness in every sphere of society.
Jesus, awaken the Church in Spain to the truth that every believer is a minister. May no one remain passive or sidelined. Equip Your people with boldness, wisdom, and love to serve in homes, neighborhoods, and workplaces. Raise up mentors and disciplers who multiply others. We ask especially for bivocational leaders—men and women who lead with integrity in both their work and their witness. Let their lives preach the Gospel in offices, schools, shops, and streets. Multiply Christ-following leaders in every region and profession. May Spaniards see that leadership in Your Kingdom is not about titles, but about faithfulness, fruit, and Spirit-led obedience.
